We did it, buddy!!! We crossed the 100 kg. And to be honest, I’m still struggling to believe it. It feels surreal. I’m so incredibly proud, and deeply grateful and very emotional. Epecially given how tough things have been health-wise lately.
I’ve lost over 27 kilos now in total as of today— that’s about the weight of a female emperor penguin! They are adorable but I don’t need one hanging around with me 24/7. Now that the weight is gone I can breathe easier, I feel lighter (not just physically), freer and stronger. It feels like reclaiming a part of myself I thought I had lost. It’s about letting go of some doubts and of stories I told myself about who I am and what I can’t do. It’s about breaking free from something that felt like it would always be there. This milestone is more than a number on a scale. It’s a reminder that even when life gets bumpy and overwhelming, there’s still a way forward. Still a way to choose myself, to keep going, to find strength I didn’t know I had. And I realize that I’ve come so much further than I ever thought possible. So here’s to reaching more goals, to not giving up on myself, and to finding my strength even when everything feels overwhelming.
And I want to say a huge thank you to you, John. You’ve walked this road with me, even when it got rocky. Thank you for seeing something in me when I couldn’t see it myself. You’ve believed in me when I couldn’t, and that has made all the difference.
Your patience, your belief in me, and the way you never stopped encouraging me, that’s what gave me the strength to keep going.
You’ve helped me see that I’m capable of more than I ever believed, and for that, I’m endlessly grateful. So thank you for standing by my side and for reminding me of my own power, and empowering me to chase away some of the shadows. I’m beyond grateful to have you by my side in this process of change.
that being said let’s see which animal has to go next. Maybe an female alpaca, that would be cool?! Apparently I have a whole zoo over here ;-). Let’s do it step by step one animal at a time.

After losing a fair few pounds on my own the ever so familiar feelings of uncertainty, self loathing & self doubt returned.
John has helped me throughall of that & pushed me forward to lose 67lbs so far. I know without his guidance through the months I would have fallen back into bad habits.

Trying to loose weight I went through periods of diets and I managed to loose some weight, but I would hate All the dieting and when diet was over, I would regain the weight back.
